Julian Andrews, a Physics and Astronomy Senior, wins the CSU Research Competition

Two Cal Poly Pomona students earned first-place honors at the 30th Annual CSU Systemwide Student Research Competition, and one of them was one of our own, Physics and Astronomy Senior Julian Andrews. Mentored by Prof. Matthew Povich, Julian's presentation was titled "Discovering Massive Runaway Stars with Infrared Bow Shock Nebulae: First Results.”  Read more on Polycentric.
