The Executive Committee meets at 3:00 p.m. each Wednesday during the academic year, except on days when the Senate meets, academic holidays, and during final examinations. The Executive Committee meetings may be held in person at the CLA Building 98, P2-008, or in a hybrid modality via Zoom during the 2026-2027 academic year.  The meeting dates are as follows:

All Standing Committees are scheduled to meet at 3:00 p.m. each Wednesday during the academic year, at the discretion of the committee chair, except on days when the Senate meets, academic holidays, and during final examinations. Check with Committee Chairs for meeting dates and locations.
