How Can You Help?
Give us your advice on the collections and our efforts. Share ideas about collection building and revenue sources, and help us meet others interested to work with us.
Donate materials to the collection. We especially welcome books, periodicals, manuscripts, photographs, recordings, memorabilia, and other items that complement the unique subject areas of our collection. Also consider contributing revenue toward the purchase of collections, archival supplies, and special needs like exhibit cases. If you would like to donate to our collection, please review and fill out our Gift Form.
Create or contribute to an endowment. Honor a friend or loved one through a named gift to build and sustain our special collections. Endowments are the gifts that keep on giving. They enable purchases for the collection, they fund preservation projects and help us acquire needed archival supplies when state funds are not available or sufficient.
Loan Us Materials
Materials can be loaned to the Library for long-term use. Deposited materials are handled with utmost care and their use administered according to standard Library policies. We have a PDF form covering the details of such an arrangement.
If you have firsthand experiences with the history of our campus, the southern California Wine industry, Pomona Valley, the Arabian Horse industry, or other subject areas relevant to our collection, please consider recording an oral history interview. We also welcome help in conducting and transcribing interviews. View our Oral history release PDF form.
Intern or Volunteer
Volunteer your time and expertise. Would you enjoy helping us with exhibits, oral history interviews, processing collections, photograph identification and indexing, or archival preservation projects?
If you would like to contribute in any of the above ways, please contact Katie Richardson. We look forward to hearing from you!
