The tomato plants are coming! The tomato plants are coming! The tomato plants are coming!

Tomatozania is returning to Cal Poly Pomona. The Cal Poly Pomona Nursery will hold its 20th annual tomato plant sale from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., March 15 to 17, in the greenhouses, rain or shine!

Come enjoy shopping in the greenhouse and picking your plants right off the benches where they are grown. Talk to our experts to discover which ones are perfect for you. The nursery will have a selection of more than a hundred varieties of tomato plants, a great selection for both beginner and advanced gardeners. See the complete list. The 4 ¼-inch plants, which are $3.59 each, are grown by plant science students right here on the Cal Poly Pomona campus.

All plants are available on a first-come, first-sold basis, while supplies last. After the event, tomato plants will be sold throughout the spring at the Farm Store Nursery, open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.

In addition, the nursery will be selling tomato-growing supplies, such as soil, fertilizer, stakes, plant tape, smart pots, herbs, and our signature “Gardens to Go” mixed vegetable 50-pack trays.

The three-day event is open to the public. Curbside parking is available in front of the greenhouses and in our gravel lot. The greenhouses are located next door to the Cal Poly Pomona Farm Store, 4102 S. University Drive, Pomona.
