A horsewoman, international philanthropist
Nancy O’Reilly, who is the owner of Amazing Horsewoman LLC, is the speaker at the W.K. Kellogg Arabian Horse Center’s annual lecture and book signing at the AGRIscapes Center.
A licensed psychologist, author, and educator, O’Reilly has authored “In This Together: How Successful Women Support Each Other in Work and Life,” released Jan. 8 by Simon and Schuster’s Adams Media.
The book includes thoughts, advice, and stories from 40 successful women across a wide variety of careers. They encourage women to support each other in the workplace and in
O’Reilly previously wrote “Leading Women: 20 Influential Women Share Their Secrets to Leadership, Business, and Life” and two other books, “Claim Your Power: Refine Your Life” and “Timeless Women Speak: Feeling Youthful at Any Age.”
A Montecito resident, O’Reilly owns, rides, and breeds Arabian horses.
She is the founder of Women Connect4Good Inc. foundation and chairs the board for
O’Reilly also serves on the Missouri Committee on Psychology as an appointee of the governor and previously acted as director of a large employee assistance program and as a nationally certified crisis team leader in New York City after the Sept. 11 attacks.
