Apply for the CLASS Cap and Gown Program for Spring 2024’s commencement ceremony by February 26th

The CLASS Cap and Gown Program aims to support graduating seniors in financial need with funding for their cap and gown to participate in the Spring 2024 commencement ceremony. One undergraduate student from each of our twelve departments will be selected. Students who meet the criteria below should apply. Applications will be reviewed by a committee, and students who are selected will be notified by March 8, 2024, via CPP email.

Criteria for eligibility:
- Must be a College of Letters, Arts, and Social Sciences (CLASS) undergraduate major
- Must have applied for Fall 2023, Spring 2024, or Summer 2024 graduation
- Must have met with a CLASS staff advisor to confirm graduation
- Must demonstrate a financial need
- Must complete application by Monday, February 26, 2024
