James' Journey

James discovered his passion for hospitality while working in restaurants and transferred to Cal Poly Pomona to pursue hospitality management. While earning his degree, he worked at Din Tai Fung and gained hands-on experience at The Restaurant at Kellogg Ranch, where he developed his leadership, culinary and guest service skills. After graduating, James advanced from manager to general manager, regional manager and corporate chef.
