Portrait of Bridget Bilinski

Bridget is a graduate of Cal Poly Pomona’s Hotel and Restaurant Management program and spent more than three decades with Marriott International. Beginning as a manager trainee, she went on to hold leadership roles across hotel operations, sales, franchising, and regional/Executive management. Along the way, she became the first woman to serve in several senior positions, including Courtyard Area Manager, Vice President of Courtyard Franchising, Western Regional Vice President for Select Service Hotels, General Manager of the Anaheim Marriott and Regional Vice-President Full Service Hotels.

Her career included opening more than 100 Courtyard hotels across the United States and Canada, leading award-winning regions, and overseeing major portfolios of full-service and select-service hotels. Her final role with Marriott was Regional Vice President, with responsibility for 37 hotels generating more than $2 billion in annual revenue. She later joined Twin Bridges Hospitality, a Dauntless Capital company, where she created and led the Asset Management team as President and now serves as Creative and Operations Advisor. Throughout her career, Bridget has been known for bringing fresh thinking to operations, positioning hotels to stand apart, and finding practical ways to turn unconventional ideas into strong results.

Bridget has also served as an industry speaker, women’s leadership advocate, Chair of Hospitality Uncorked, and member of The Collins College Board of Advisors. She lives in Carefree, Arizona, with her husband, Kaz, an English Mastiff rescued from the Los Angeles fires, and the chunkiest cat from the pound. During the hot summers, she returns to California to spend time in her favorite town, Laguna Beach.
