Dean's Advisory Board

As Corporate Vice President of Operations for Troon, Justin brings more than two decades of golf and club industry experience to the West Coast Troon Corporate Operations team since 2019. Across 10+ managed properties, he partners directly with owners and boards to elevate the experience, drive results and position each club to become best in market. When transitions demand it, he steps in as Interim General Manager, a testament to the trust he's earned across the organization since joining Troon in 2008. 

His path to corporate leadership was earned on the ground. At Whirlwind Golf Club - a high-volume, 36-hole resort - he rose to Head Golf Professional over seven years. As General Manager of Ashwood Golf Course, he ran a 27-hole public facility at the center of a 1,700-home master-planned community, balancing club operations with broader residential expectations. 

Justin holds a B.S. in Agribusiness and Professional Golf Management from Arizona State University, earned PGA Membership in 2009, and lives in Irvine with his wife, Sammie and daughter, Ember.
