Margaret Bailey has over 30 years of consulting experience, concentrated on advising public sector clients on their hospitality and recreational real estate holdings. In her former role as the Senior Vice President of CHM Government Services, Ms. Bailey oversaw market, financial and investment analyses for a wide-variety of visitor-based operations. Additionally, she developed strategic policy guidance and provided implementation support on concessions, pricing, and other operational best practices for municipal, state, and federal land management agencies including the National Park Service, U.S. Forest Service. The focus of her efforts was on adapting private sector business best practices for public agencies managing visitor services in natural, cultural, and historical environments.
