Roshan Mendis is an industry veteran, co-founder, and Senior Vice President of Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar, where he oversees restaurant services, operations, and expansion. In his leadership role, he helps guide the organization’s operational strategy and continued growth while supporting the guest experience and restaurant teams that define the Lazy Dog brand. 

Roshan also plays a key role in guiding and strengthening the culture of Lazy Dog Restaurants, helping ensure that its foundational values are reflected in the experiences of both teammates and guests. 

With extensive experience in restaurant operations and hospitality leadership, Roshan brings an industry perspective grounded in service, team development, and the successful growth of restaurant concepts. He is passionate about giving back to the restaurant industry and helping others grow both personally and professionally. 

He serves as Vice Chairman of the California Restaurant Foundation and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Center for Leadership at Cal State Fullerton.
