The Cybersecurity and Awareness Fair (CSAF)

The Cal Poly Pomona Cybersecurity and Awareness Fair is where awareness and the advancement of the cybersecurity industry is happening along with the recruitment of CPP’s cybersecurity talent. We are excited to announce our 19th annual CSAF, on October 26th at the Bronco Student Pomona Center. This year’s theme is “The Watchful Eye” which is a call to action for all users of technology to reclaim one’s privacy in a world of surveillance capitalism. Whether it is hackers stealing your information to then sell on the dark web or legitimate companies tracking your data footprint for profit, security and privacy are significant challenges in the current digital landscape. CSAF brings together experts, professionals, students, and interested individuals to discuss the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in cybersecurity.

The CSAF’s learn by doing methodology is composed of these key components:

Cybersecurity Leader Focus Lunch

Don't miss this exclusive, invite-only opportunity, hosted by Cal Poly Pomona's CIO and CISO. The Platinum sponsor for this lunch will have an exclusive speaking opportunity and provide funding for a $1,500 scholar award to help a student’s education. This event is where industry and college leaders converge for in-depth discussions on cybersecurity and education. Our unique event aims to cultivate mutually beneficial relationships among vendors, the cybersecurity industry, information security programs, and regulatory bodies.

Cybersecurity Workforce Job Fair
