If exercise came in the form of a pill, it would be the most widely prescribed medication in the world.  Exercise has been shown to prevent or relieve numerous physical, mental, and emotional conditions. It is a potent stress reliever, boosts mood, and promotes mental health. It can be done anywhere and doesn’t have to cost much beyond the price of some comfortable footwear.   

Any amount counts! You don’t have to do a formal workout, just walk, run, dance, or move your body in any way that you enjoy.  

Do some body weight exercisesFind at-home workouts on YouTubeInstagram, or through an app. Stretch, do yoga, or try Pilates to lengthen your muscles, build strength, and improve balance. The options for moving are limitless.
