AV Design

AV design is a full-service consulting service to help you create technology installations in any campus space to meet your and our student, faculty, and staff’s needs. We work with you through review, design, approval, implementation, and coordination with our various campus partners in creating technology-enhanced collaborative spaces. Collaborative spaces include classrooms, labs, conference rooms, group study rooms, and open areas. MediaVision’s AV  Design group will assist with the implementation of digital signage, and a myriad of other deployments to assist with facilitating the universities’ vision.

If you have a funded project, please let us know how we can support your vision for improving CPP’s physical spaces. MediaVision’s AV design group ensures all our designs and installations meet federal, state, local, and campus policies and codes.

  • Have the correct permissions to alter the spaces identified
  • Have time allocated for the space identified to potentially be inoperable during construction
  • Have reached out to facilities about the project
  • Ensure the project is tied to a university-wide initiative
• Due to worldwide logistics and technology trends, much of the equipment needed for technology installations has longer than typical order times. We do not have direct control over the time it takes for equipment to arrive on campus for projects.
