Event Audio

Our event audio services provide professional speakers and microphones to help you host your event on campus.  We can assist you in making sure your voice is heard to large audiences, integrate music of your choice, and deliver all throughout the campus.

Ready to schedule an audio system for your upcoming event?

1. Two weeks advance notice
2. Please note that MediaVision will need access to the event location both before and after the event to set up and break down equipment.
3. The MediaVision Staff will reach out to you to confirm the event date & time and gather details if necessary.
4. After the equipment is delivered to your event you'll be responsible for the audio system until we return to collect the equipment.  The MediaVision staff will ensure everything is clear with you prior to the event.
