Minor in CS

The CS department offers a minor in computer science. Please check the university catalog for the detailed requirements.

Our lower division CS courses are open to all non-CS majors. You can sign up for the CS courses if you meet the prerequisites. I would recommend you to start with CS 1300 and CS 1400 if you are eligible for MAT 1140 (Calculus I). 

The Registrar’s Office as launched the new Minor Request Form. This form will be used for students who want to add minors, drop minors, identify course electives for their minor, and/or petition for minor course substitutions.
