About the Discussion
The American War Experience through California Voices' last discussion was the Future of War. Discussion Leaders, Jeremy Manning and Samia Ladner, guided participants to explore how California would be impacted by the future of war and what would the military’s role be? This discussion was based on readings from Peter Asaro's "On Banning Autonomous Weapons," Rosa Brook's "Civil Military Paradoxes," and the film Eye in the Sky directed by Gavin Brooks. Marketing for this event was done by Allison Alvarado and Ryan Dunagan. They served as Public Relations Interns for this discussion series.
