CPP aligns program offerings to internal roles and career pathways, offering opportunities for employees to pursue their career. Eligible employees have the opportunity to advance their education and career with Amazon Career Choice and CPP University.
What is Amazon Career Choice?
Amazon Career Choice is an educational benefit that empowers employees to gain new skills for career success at Amazon or elsewhere. This program is for current and new incoming students attending Cal Poly Pomona and also working at Amazon (full-time or part-time).
Amazon provides a variety of education and upskilling opportunities including pre-paid
college tuition, industry certifications designed to lead to in-demand jobs, and foundational
skills such as English language, high school diplomas, and GEDs after working for the
company for 90 days.

No Cost to You!
Through Career Choice, Amazon will pre-pay 100% of tuition, fees, and textbooks up to the employees’ maximum eligibility.

- Have worked at Amazon for at least 90 days
- The educational program start date is after the associate becomes eligible to participate in the program.
- Students must be taking classes toward an undergraduate degree program at Cal Poly Pomona. Classes for graduate degrees, credential or certificate programs cannot be approved by CPP.
