Application Window Now Open
Looking to enhance your PolyX-designated course or program with additional support? The PolyX Mini-Grant application window for Fall 2025 is now open! We invite all PolyX faculty and staff to apply for funding to strengthen hands-on, high-impact learning experiences that connect students to real-world challenges.
Funding spots are limited, so we strongly encourage interested PolyX faculty and staff to apply early.

Faculty and Staff, we invite you to showcase your hands-on learning experience that connects students to real-world impact. Awarded PolyX courses and programs will be featured on our PolyX Hub website, receive regular publicity from the University, and be recognized as an official program.

Spring PolyX Writing Workshop

Are you interested in applying for the PolyX Hub... but not sure where to start? The PolyX Writing Workshop is a supportive, collaborative space for faculty and staff across all colleges to develop and strengthen their PolyX applications.
Join the Innovation Incubator Team and colleagues in this virtual workshop to receive guidance, share ideas, and gain clarity as you bring your PolyX ideas to life. More details will be shared soon— please stay tuned!

Join us on Tuesday, December 2nd, 2025, from 11:30 AM to 1 PM at the Bronco Student Center in Ursa Major to celebrate the impact of experiential education and the dedication of our students and faculty mentors!

Looking to strengthen your Signature Polytechnic Experience (PolyX) application for Fall 2025? Join us on Tuesday, October 14th, 2025, from 11:45 AM to 12:45 PM for a collaborative virtual workshop where you’ll have the chance to work on your application alongside other faculty and staff members who are also preparing their submissions! Whether you’re just getting started or putting on the finishing touches, this session is designed to give you the space, guidance, and encouragement you need to move your application forward with confidence.
