Spring PolyX Hub Applications
Application Window Now Open
Your opportunity to host a PolyX-designated course or program this Spring is right around the corner! Faculty and Staff, we invite you to showcase your hands-on learning experience that connects students to real-world impact. Awarded PolyX courses and programs will be featured on our PolyX Hub website, receive regular publicity from the University, and be recognized as an official program.

Are you interested in applying for the PolyX Hub but not sure where to start? The PolyX Writing Workshop is a supportive, collaborative space for faculty and staff across all colleges to develop and strengthen their PolyX applications. Join the Innovation Incubator Team and colleagues in this virtual workshop to receive guidance, share ideas, and gain clarity as you bring your PolyX ideas to life!
Faculty and Staff: It's not too late to request a copy of our Writing Workshop materials and/or a one-on-one meeting with our team if you missed our workshop. Just reach out to us using innovationinc@cpp.edu
PolyX Mini-Grant
Application Window Now Closed
The PolyX Mini-Grant provides funding for faculty and staff leading PolyX-designated courses/programs who are looking to enhance hands-on, high-impact learning experiences for our students. Funds may be used to support activities, materials, guest speakers, or partnerships that strengthen experiential learning and connect students to real-world challenges.
Faculty and staff whose courses or programs are featured on the PolyX Hub are eligible for this funding opportunity— making PolyX designation a valuable pathway to campus-wide visibility, promotion, and additional support for innovative teaching and learning!
Fall PolyX FYE Showcase

The Fall PolyX FYE Showcase highlights the innovative work of Cal Poly Pomona students as they present research and creative projects developed in PolyX FYE courses. Join us on Tuesday, December 2nd, 2025, from 11:30 AM to 1 PM at the Bronco Student Center in Ursa Major to celebrate the impact of experiential education and the dedication of our students and faculty mentors!
