(Reading & Study Skills Development)

1.0 Unit CPU 1050A Course

CPU 1050A Reading & Study Skills Development is available to students who participate in the Reading, Advising, & Mentoring Program (RAMP). Students MUST apply and be eligible for RAMP before registering for the course. Participants enrolled in the class will take a reading assessment and an individualized tutorial plan will be devised for each participant. Successful completion of the course requires prompt attendance to all required tutorial sessions, workshops, peer mentoring sessions, and on-campus events.

Students interested in registering for the course will need to see a RAMP staff member to be granted permission to register for the course. Students should come to the program office as soon as possible, but no later than the last day to add classes to arrange meeting times.
