Peer Notetaking Program

The DRC receives over 500 requests for notetaking services each term. As a Peer Notetaker, you can help us meet this demand, positively impact your classmates' performance, and earn money!

Peer Notetakers are compensated at the rate of $20 per unit/per term. Payment for notetaking services is processed at the end of the term.

Notetakers share their personal lecture notes with an eligible DRC student. Notes are shared anonymously using the DRC online database, myDRC within 24 hours of the class meeting. Notetaker payment is processed at the end of each term.

Notetakers are responsible for uploading notes to myDRC within 24 hours of the class meeting. Uploaded files must be in Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat PDF file formats. The file size maximum is 3MB. If your file is too big it will not upload and you will need to split the file into smaller files.
