How to Apply
Students must meet eligibility requirements to participate in the Reading, Advising, & Mentoring Program (RAMP). To apply to be a RAMP participant, students must complete the following three steps:
- Program Eligibility Application (PDF)
- Income Verification Form (IVF) (PDF)
- Reading Assessment (contact a staff member to schedule)
Students have the option to print the PDF files or pick up hard copies in the RAMP office (Library, room 2919). Both forms must be completed and signed in black or blue ink. Forms must be submitted to RAMP in-person.
