C3W Initiative

Community-Care Wellness (C3W) Initiative will recruit Student Scholars and Faculty Fellows who are committed to and have demonstrated experiences in social justice and civic engagement.

Afrofuturism Initiative

This Initiative supports the advancing of Black student success and elevating Black excellence across student, staff, faculty, and community spaces

CSU Microsoft Scholarship

This $5,000 scholarship is designed to serve candidates in CSU single-subject mathematics or science teacher preparation programs. 

PIE Fellowship

Each year, PIE provides fellowships of up to $4,000 each to support teacher candidates during clinical practice.

TRP Scholarship

The TRP scholarship is an extension of the MSTI funding to support the recruitment and retention of credential candidates in Math and Science fields.

Golden State Teacher Grant

The California Student Aid Commission (CSAC) will award $20,000 Golden State Teacher Grants to over 4,400 eligible students across California. 

Clifford Wellington Scholarship

This scholarship is available to teacher candidates who complete their clinical practice in Walnut Unified School District.

TEACH Grant

TEACH Grant is a non-need-based program available to selected post bac students who are enrolled in an eligible program and agree to teach in a high-need field. 

Liberal Studies Department Scholarship

Keith and Sheila Goldring McCoy Scholarship

This annual $1,000 scholarship is for Liberal Studies students who plan to teach.
