Transcripts

Transcripts can be sent to us via an electronic transcript service (Parchment or Naviance) as this is the preferred method of delivery.

Schools can directly send transcripts to verify@cpp.edu but please keep in mind that students should not send electronic transcripts to themselves and then forward them to the above email address. These transcripts will be considered unofficial and will not be accepted.

If documents are being sent via mail, please use the below mailing address:

    Cal Poly Pomona
    Attn: Office of Admissions
    3801 W. Temple Ave.
    Pomona, CA 91768

Official transcripts are those that are sent by the sending institution, unopened and in its original sealed envelope. Please do not open transcripts, otherwise, they will be considered unofficial, and we will not be able to accept them.

Allow 2 weeks for transcripts to be processed and reflected on your “to-do” list.

Transcripts for non-US College/Unversity

After you submit your Cal State Apply application, you will be asked to provide CPP Office of Admission with your college transcripts.  The Office of Admissions will convert your international grades to the equivalent US 4.0 grade scale in order to ascertain your academic profile.  When requested, you must provide:

  • All transcripts/marksheets for college/university work completed
  • English translation (if marksheets are not in English)
  • If admitted to the university, you will need to provide OFFICIAL transcripts along with certified translations
  • While not required, it is strongly suggested that graduate applicants from non US institutions provide a professional credential evaluation from an accredited agency. Doing so may expedite the evaluation of your admission application and assist with determining your degree/course equivalency to CPP requirements. https://www.naces.org/members
