Service Notices

The following describes planned maintenance and upgrades by the Division of Information Technology and Institutional Planning (IT&IP) and technology service providers over the next seven days.

Campus Network and Wi-Fi Maintenance

Summary: IT&IP will perform network maintenance tonight, Thursday, May 1, from 10 p.m. through midnight.

What does this mean to me? You could experience repeated two-minute disruptions to your on-campus Internet access including Wi-Fi.


Gradescope Maintenance

Summary: Gradescope by Turnitin will perform planned maintenance of their website, mobile app, and integrations on Saturday, May 3, from 8 to 9 a.m.

What Does This Mean to Me? All Gradescope assessment and grading services including the mobile app and integrations with Canvas will be unavailable.


BroncoDirect and PeopleSoft Maintenance

All BroncoDirect and PeopleSoft services will be unavailable for planned maintenance on Sunday morning, May 4, from midnight to 6 a.m., including, student, administration, human resources, and finance functions.

Impacted services include:

  • BroncoDirect/Student Center
  • Class Enrollment
  • Payments
  • Degree Progress Reports
  • Class Search
  • HR Self-Service
    • Time & Labor
    • Absence Management
  • Student Employment Module
  • Part-Time Faculty Module
  • HR Reports
  • General Ledger
  • Accounts Receivable

During this planned service interruption outside our regular maintenance windows, users will continue to be able to access MyCPP, Canvas, email, and other IT services. Areas in MyCPP that display information from BroncoDirect and PeopleSoft will be unavailable.

The Division of Information Technology and Institutional Planning tries to minimize the time systems are unavailable outside our standard maintenance windows. PeopleSoft system maintenance is an exception because the Chancellor's Office schedules maintenance for all CSU campuses.

Planned Maintenance Times

  • Thursdays, 9:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., midnight.
  • Sundays, 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
  • IT Service Status

During these times, online services may be briefly unavailable without advance notice.
