CPP's TeachingHorse Experiences

Develop your leadership skills with tailored coaching and a hands-on experiential session with horses to practice future-ready leadership. Virtual coaching followed by experiential learning at our Arabian Horse Center.

(1-2 Hours)

Gain insights on shared leadership by observing herd dynamics and noticing at three levels. Collaborate with the team as you move amongst the herd and practice the four capabilities as you build trust with the herd of horses and with each other.

(3 Hours)

Explore leadership and team dynamics in a whole new way through the behavior of horses. Practice individual leadership skills, shared leadership team activities, guided discussions, and practical applications to become a future-ready team.

(Half Day)

Devote your team’s development to a full day of immersive experiences, unique activities with our Arabian horses, guided discussions, and exercises geared for team and individual leadership skills. Engage in deeply formative training experiences to prepare your team with future-ready principles and skills. The Full Day option includes flexible customization for your team.
