The College of Business Administration (CBA) and the Singelyn Graduate School of Business (SGSB) at Cal Poly Pomona welcome four new faculty members to its ranks.

Assistant Professor Yongzhi Wang joins the Computer Information Systems department after previously teaching at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. He specializes in cybersecurity, software and system security, AI security, and machine learning, and has published extensively in top scholarly research publications produced by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). His research has been funded by Google, and his classroom innovations include developing hands-on labs that bring cybersecurity and IT concepts to life for students.

Assistant Professor Li-Ai strengthens the Finance, Real Estate, and Law department with an academic background spanning the University of Massachusetts Boston, the University of Connecticut, and Shanghai University of International Business and Economics. Her teaching experience includes courses in corporate finance and financial technology, while her research focuses on climate finance, ESG, and corporate governance. She has published in journals such as the Journal of Behavioral Finance and Global Finance Journal, with additional work under review in leading international publications.

Assistant Professor Fan (Ann) Wang brings expertise in digital marketing and international business to the International Business and Marketing department. She holds a doctorate from Saint Louis University and has taught courses including international marketing, marketing management, and entrepreneurship. Her research explores digital platforms and international entrepreneurship, with publications in the Asia Pacific Journal of Management and recognition as the 2024 Best Graduate Teaching Award recipient at Saint Louis University.

Assistant Professor Uriel Saldivar joins the Management and Human Resources department after earning his doctorate at Michigan State University. A first-generation college student and U.S. Marine Corps veteran, he brings both academic and real-world leadership perspectives to his teaching. His research on leadership, remote work, and negotiated work arrangements has been published in Group & Organization Management and presented at leading professional conferences.
