CPP’s Beta Gamma Sigma Chapter Inducts 65 New Members
The Cal Poly Pomona Chapter of Beta Gamma Sigma (BGS), the international honor society recognizing top-performing students at AACSB-accredited business schools, welcomed 65 new members during its annual Recognition and Induction Ceremony.

The event celebrated the academic excellence and leadership of both newly inducted and graduating members. BGS student officers Gabriela Gomez (’25, business administration), and Arianna Pinedo-Raygoza (‘25, business administration), co-led the induction oath and played a key role in hosting the ceremony alongside Preeti Wadhwa, the chapter’s faculty advisor, and professor of management and leadership at Cal Poly Pomona. Wadhwa also holds a doctorate in management, and master’s degrees in sociology and leadership, which help to bring experienced leadership to the chapter.
Members of the graduate program team at the Singelyn Graduate School of Business (SGSB) including Meihua Koo, Director of the Accelerated Master of Science in Accountancy (MSA) Program, Director of Singelyn Graduate School of Business, College of Business Administration, Leah Litwack, Admissions Recruiter and Academic Program Specialist, Singelyn Graduate School of Business, College of Business Administration, Sabrina Toney (’26, MBA), Operations & Outreach Analyst, Singelyn Graduate School of Business, College of Business Administration (CBA) joined in to celebrate the academic excellence of BGS members. Their continued support of the BGS chapter has been invaluable. Singelyn Family Dean Sandeep Krishnamurthy also attended the event and extended his congratulations to the inductees.
“We extend a warm welcome to our newest members, who will continue our tradition of business excellence here at Cal Poly Pomona. As we close the academic year, the newly installed Beta Gamma Sigma key—proudly displayed at the entrance of the College of Business Administration—serves as a powerful symbol of our chapter’s enduring commitment to the society’s core values: honor, wisdom and earnestness,” said Wadhwa. “It is a true privilege to serve as faculty advisor for the CPP chapter of Beta Gamma Sigma.”

Congratulations to all the new inductees and graduating members for their remarkable accomplishments.
