Join us in congratulating Tiffany Smith ’13, a recipient of the prestigious 2023 National Contract Management Association’s (NCMA) Fellow Award. With nearly 20,000 members, NCMA is the world's leading resource for professionals in the contract management field. The NCMA Fellow designation recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions to the contract management profession and to NCMA, and is the second-highest award given by the Association.
Smith, who graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration specializing in Business Law and Contract Management, recently earned a Ph.D. in global leadership and change from Pepperdine University, and has been a member of CBA’s adjunct faculty since 2023.
She is currently a subcontract manager at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory and previously served as a senior contract administrator at the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority. Smith has been actively involved in the National Contract Management Association (NCMA), where she served as Vice President of Education for the San Gabriel Valley Chapter. Additionally, she has contributed her expertise as a board member of the Alumni Association at Cal Poly Pomona, further demonstrating her commitment to both her alma mater and the greater community.
