Safer Return to Campus

To ensure your safety, all employees are directed to click on the “Safer Return to Campus” link that is prominently placed as a header across this webpage. You must first complete a brief training course before visiting the campus. After clicking on the “Safer Return to Campus” link, look for the “Checklist Before Coming to Campus” in the menu. The training “bundled" protocol consists of three parts. The first is an informative "returning to work" session about how COVID can be transmitted and mitigated and ends with a multiple choice section that requires a passing rate. The next item provides access to Appendix D, an overview published by the LA County Department of Public Health.
The training culminates with a questionnaire form that must be filled out each time and on the same day a campus visit is planned. The form asks about COVID symptoms. Assuming you affirm having no symptoms or recent exposure COVID-19, the automated reply is to grant you access to the campus. If your responses indicate COVID-19 symptoms or exposure, however, the automated response will explain next steps.
