Additional Options
Advanced Computing will soon introduce additional cloud-based data storage solutions in addition to Microsoft OneDrive, for research and other non-administrative needs. Faculty and staff now have an additional option for storing data remotely on external servers provided by a third party.
IT anticipates this will be a Dropbox for Enterprise service and available at an annual recurring cost to the department. Specific details, on features, tiers, and pricing will be shared when this service becomes available.
IT is finalizing service guidelines and developing the request and chargeback process.
