Device Loaner Program
Client Services is proud to offer our device loaner program for staff and faculty. We offer various devices for loan including PC and Mac laptops, iPads and other computing devices.
Types of Device Loans

IMPORTANT: Loaner devices should NOT be used to augment a lack of departmental resources in budgeting or purchasing computers. Please purchase the computing equipment your department requires to maintain normal business operations.

- MacBook Pro laptops
- Other devices
Checking Out Equipment
To request to check out equipment from Client Services, please submit an IT Device Loaner Request. Specify the type and quantity of equipment, dates needed and reason for the loan. IT will respond with a confirmation of availability. Devices are available on a first come, first served basis. Device availability is not guaranteed until email confirmation and specific models are subject to change at any time.
