Cisco Jabber Client Upgrade
Summary: The Division of Information Technology will perform maintenance and upgrade Cisco’s Jabber call-forwarding application software installed on computers during October 2025.
What does this mean for me? For Jabber users, the application will be unavailable while the software updates on your computer or mobile device. Jabber will also prompt users to re-register their computer for the MyE911 client after completing the software upgrade process.
Planned Maintenance Times
- Thursdays, 9:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., midnight.
- Sundays, 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.

During these times, online services may be briefly unavailable without advance notice.
