BroncoDirect and PeopleSoft Maintenance
Summary: The CSU Chancellor's Office will perform maintenance on BroncoDirect and PeopleSoft tonight, Thursday, January 8, 2026, from 8 p.m. to midnight.
What does this mean for you? All student, administration, and human resources functions will be unavailable during the maintenance window, including the following:
- Class Enrollment
- Payments
- Degree Progress Reports
- Class Search
- HR Self Service Options
- Time & Labor
- Absence Management
- Student Employment Module
- Part-Time Faculty Module
- HR Reports
Finance functions will remain available.
You will continue to have access to MyCPP, Canvas, email, and other services; only BroncoDirect and PeopleSoft information will be unavailable. The Division of Information Technology works to limit downtime outside scheduled windows; however, PeopleSoft maintenance is scheduled by the Chancellor’s Office for all CSU campuses.
Network Maintenance Tonight
Summary: IT will perform on-campus network maintenance tonight, January 8, 2026, from 10 p.m. to midnight.
What does this mean for you? You may experience brief network interruptions during this maintenance window. You may also need to log in again to some CPP services. Campus phones will not be impacted.
Campus Phone Maintenance
Summary: IT will perform overnight phone maintenance, Friday, January 9, from 10 p.m. to midnight, Saturday, January 10, 2026.
What does this mean for you? All on-campus phones will re-connect once during this maintenance window, which may take about five minutes. Active calls will not be interrupted; any impact will occur only after the call ends.

MacOS 26 Tahoe Upgrades
All new Mac computers purchased and deployed by IT Client Services for faculty and staff will be pre-installed with macOS 26 Tahoe. Apple releases major macOS updates annually in the fall; macOS 26 Tahoe was released on September 15, 2025.
Additionally:
- Faculty and staff may upgrade their IT-managed Macs through the Software Center app.
- Macs in CPP computer Labs and classrooms were upgraded to MacOS 26 during Winter Break.
Windows OS Upgrades and Security Enhancements
All new Windows computers purchased and deployed by IT Client Services for faculty and staff will be pre-installed with Windows 11 build 25H2
Additionally:
- Faculty and staff may upgrade their IT-managed computer using the Windows Update app.
- Additional safeguards for device startup and recovery will be implemented with this upgrade.
- Windows 11 computers in CPP labs and classrooms will receive additional security protections.
