PeopleSoft and BroncoDirect Maintenance this weekend

Summary: The CSU Chancellor’s Office will perform maintenance on BroncoDirect and PeopleSoft this weekend, beginning Saturday, June 27, at 10 p.m., through 9 a.m., Sunday morning. Student, administration, financial, and human resources functions will be intermittently unavailable.

What does this mean for me? The following functions may be intermittently unavailable during the maintenance window:

  • BroncoDirect/Student Center
  • Class Enrollment
  • Payments
  • Degree Progress Reports
  • Class Search
  • HR Self Service Options
  • Time & Labor
  • Absence Management
    • Student Employment Module
    • Part-Time Faculty Module
  • HR Reports
  • Common Financial System
  • General Ledger
  • Accounts Receivable

During this planned maintenance, which falls outside CPP’s regular maintenance windows, users will still be able to access MyCPP, Canvas, email, and other IT services. However, areas within MyCPP that display information from BroncoDirect and PeopleSoft may be temporarily unavailable.

The Division of Information Technology tries to minimize the time systems are unavailable outside standard maintenance windows. However, PeopleSoft system maintenance is an exception as the Chancellor’s Office schedules systemwide maintenance for all CSU campuses.

Planned Maintenance Times

  • Thursdays, 9:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., midnight.
  • Sundays, 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
  • IT Service Status

During these times, online services may be briefly unavailable without advance notice.
