Summary: The Division of Information Technology and Institutional Planning (IT&IP) will be performing maintenance to BroncoDirect / PeopleSoft on January 4, 2024.

BroncoDirect / PeopleSoft student, administration, and human resources functions will be unavailable on Thursday, January 4, from 8 p.m. to midnight.

Services impacted include:

  • Bronco Direct/Student Center
  • Class Enrollment
  • Payments
  • Degree Progress Reports
  • Class Search
  • HR Self-Service
    • Time & Labor
    • Absence Management
  • Student Employment Module
  • Part-Time Faculty Module
  • HR Reports

During this planned service interruption outside our regular maintenance windows, users will continue to be able to access MyCPP, Canvas, email, and other IT services. Areas in MyCPP that display information from BroncoDirect / PeopleSoft will be unavailable during maintenance.

The Division of Information Technology and Institutional Planning tries to minimize the time systems are unavailable outside our standard maintenance windows. PeopleSoft system maintenance is an exception because the Chancellor's Office schedules maintenance for all CSU campuses.

Planned maintenance windows:

  • Thursdays, 9:30 p.m. to 12 midnight.
  • Sundays, 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.

During these times, online services may be unavailable for a brief period without advance notice.

Summary: As a reminder, faculty may submit software application requests for changes to computer labsclassroom lecterns, and the Virtual Software Lab (VSL) as needed.

What does this mean to me? If any software application changes are needed for the upcoming term, please submit an IT ticket for Software Requests for Learning Spaces as soon as possible.
