CPP New Student Club On the Horizon - "Future Latinos In Medicine."

(09/17/2024)

Are you a student with hispanic background and interested in medicine? Here is a new club that might be of interest to you!
From Jazzell Perez, the inspiring founder for this new club: " am hoping to start a new club at Cal Poly Pomona called "Future Latinos In Medicine." This club's goal is to provide support and help for Latinos going into the medical field as there is a low percentage of Latinos in all fields of medicine. I want to start this club so that people with a Hispanic background do not feel held back just because of their ethnicity."
If you are interested in this club, please fill out this linked interest form (you will need to log into your Microsoft Outlook account to access the form).

CPP Global Medical Brigades 2023-2024

(5/24/2023)

Here is a message from Jaylynn Jiang, one of several  fellow CPP students who have decided to restart the club for the year 2023-2024:

Global medical brigade is a great way for students, especially those that are in pre-health, to gain experience and make connections. We still have not decided where our next mission will be, but we are hoping to hear from those that plan to join the club this upcoming fall. We are currently having trouble finding potential E-board members and members for the club. If you can send a mass email to the science department and let them know of this opportunity, that would be great! We have already created a document for those who are interested to fill out and it's linked right here: CPP Global Medical Brigades
