Concurrent Enrollment

CSU Concurrent Enrollment

Matriculated students in good standing may enroll at both their home CSU campus and a host CSU campus during the same term.  Credit earned at the host campus is automatically reported at the student's request to the home campus to be included on the student's transcript at the home campus.

CSU Visitor Enrollment

Matriculated students in good standing enrolled at one CSU campus may enroll at another CSU campus for one term. Credit earned at the host campus is reported at the student's request to the home campus to be included on the student's transcript at the home campus.

 Eligibility Requirements for Concurrent/Visitor Enrollment

  1. Student has completed at least one term at the home campus as a matriculated student and earned at least 12 units there.
  2. Student has attained a GPA of 2.0 in all work completed at the home campus and is in good standing.
  3. Student will be/is enrolled at home campus during the period of concurrent enrollment and has paid tuition fees as a full-time student.

INTERSYSTEM CROSS ENROLLMENT

Matriculated CSU, UC  or community college students may enroll on a "space available" basis for one course per term at another CSU, UC, or community college and request that a transcript of record be sent to the home campus.

Eligibility Requirements for Cross Enrollment

  1. Student must be enrolled at least 7.0 units through regular CPP enrollment.
  2. Student must have completed at least one term at the home campus as a matriculate student.
  3. Student has not transferred the maximum of 70 units from a community college.
  4. The course(s) requested must be transferable toward degree requirement.
  5. Student must earn a grade point average of 2.0 (grade of C) in all work completed.
  6. Student must be in good academic standing.
  7. Student has paid the appropriate fee at CPP for the term in which they plan to cross enroll.
  8. Student must have completed appropriate academic preparation as determined by the host campus.
  9. Student must be a California resident.
  10. Student must submit an Application for Cross Enrollment to the Registrar’s Office, and it was approved.
  11. Student must submit a Request for Evaluation of Coursework from another Institution to the Registrars Office, and it was approved.
