After graduating from Cal Poly Pomona in 2010 with bachelor's degrees in physics and aerospace engineering, I attended UC Santa Cruz for my master's degree in earth sciences (planetary science). At UC Santa Cruz my research was on lunar geophysics (viz. lunar topography and paleomagnetism). I am currently a Ph.D candidate in the School of Earth and Space Exploration at Arizona State University. My research focuses on asteroid interiors and online science education.
Going to Cal Poly Pomona was one of the best experiences of my life. The education I had was tremendously helpful as I progressed and continue through graduate school. I particularly found the professors to be knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. Cal Poly Pomona has an impressive learning environment that I am very thankful for as I look towards becoming an educator of my own. You can visit my website for updates.
