CAFE Equitable & Inclusive Hybrid & Flipped Course Design

This CAFE-created 3-week bichronous (synchronous & asynchronous) course will focus on strategies for offering hybrid courses. Cal Poly Pomona "hybrid" courses are a blend of face-to-face-in-person and remote learning, whether the remote part is synchronous or asynchronous. We'll emphasize "flipping" the classroom as a productive strategy — offering students structured out-of-class content acquisition, while using precious class time for active learning. You will build out your fall classes.

Stipend $1500 upon completion.

To Register: You should have received a personalized email with a link to a registration survey for all options.

ACUE Micro-credentials

More than 200 CPP faculty have already participated in ACUE and the response has been overwhelmingly positive. Six or seven asynchronous modules in each microcredential offer new ideas and require reflection. Click the link for each program title to see content details. Completion deadlines are strictly observed.

Stipend $1500 upon completion of each microcredential, plus an ACE-endorsed microcredential. (If you have previously completed a particular microcredential, e.g. if you completed Active Learning Online last year, you cannot retake it.) Limited spots available, first come first served.

To Register: You should have received a personalized email with a link to a registration survey for all options.
