Welcome to University Housing Services (UHS) at Cal Poly Pomona! Thank you for taking the time to explore the possibilities afforded by on-campus residency. You will find there are many benefits available to you and your Cal Poly Pomona student when you choose one of our communities.

As a parent, guardian or family member of a Cal Poly Pomona student, you become an important part of the greater Cal Poly Pomona community. We encourage you to ask our office or staff any questions you may have regarding university housing. We are dedicated to our mission and to your student by helping them grow as individuals and getting the most out of their experience at Cal Poly Pomona.

What is FERPA?

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, sets forth requirements regarding the privacy of student records. FERPA governs the limited release of these records (known as education records) maintained by an educational institution and access to these records.
