| February 19, 2026 | View potential roommates in the Housing Portal and create roommate groups (Optional) |
| April 15, 2026 | Roommate Group Request Deadline to create, add or join a group |
| May 1, 2026 | Intent to Enroll Deadline (must pay with campus and sign up for an orientation date to be eligible for housing) |
| May 11, 2026 | Initial Housing Payment Deadline to be considered for Room Selection |
| Mid-June | Room selection timeslots and process details to students; after room selection process is complete, UHS will assign students to any remaining available spaces |
| July 5, 2026 | Last day to cancel Fall Room assignment without financial penalties |
| July 13, 2026 | Fall Move-In Appointments Open (for assigned students) |
| July 15, 2026 | Room Change Requests Close (for assigned students) |
| July 27, 2026 | Fall Housing Fees Posted on Bronco Direct |

There are three Summer Sessions available during the Summer 2026 term. Please review the Summer session dates, cancellation deadlines, and payment due dates.
The Summer Housing Application is now available on the Housing Portal. Please review the deadline associated to your term session to cancel without financial penalties.
