AV Design
What We Do
AV Design is a full-service consulting service to help you create technology installations in any campus space to meet your and our student, faculty, and staff's needs. We work with you through review, design, approval, implementation, and coordination with our various campus partners in creating technology-enhanced collaborative spaces. Collaborative spaces include classrooms, labs, conference rooms, group study rooms, and open areas. MediaVision's AV Design group also assists with the implementation of digital signage, and a myriad of other deployments facilitating the university's vision.

The process for getting a project off the ground can be a lot, but we are here to help! We have put together the following guides to help inform you on the different people you will need to get involved, options you have for modifications, and funding sources available to different organizations within the campus so you are well prepared before you need to make a request.
Ready for a consultation?
Once you have all the required information the process for submitting a project request can be done through ServiceNow.
Please be prepared to have authorization from the approving official: (VP/AVP, Academic resources, Department Head) to request services.
