PROGRAM OVERVIEW

This fascinating Study Abroad program will give students a superb opportunity to explore the history and culture of Lima and Cuzco, Peru.

 

Students will spend 5 days in Lima and 4 days in Cuzco learning about Peruvian culture and society through cultural visits and volunteering. (June 16 - June 26).

ACADEMICS

CLS 482 International Fieldwork in Peru (4 Units)

Open to all majors! Students take CLS 482/BUS 483:"International Fieldwork in Peru"  (4 Units) during Spring Quarter. The faculty-led program to Peru will take place in June 2018.

The course is an introduction to Peruvian society and culture. The social systems and culture of Peru will be analyzed comparatively with those in the United States.

The application deadline for this program is March 1st. Students can apply online via the link on the program website. There is a 16-student limit and the application is on a rolling basis. We encourage you to submit it at your earliest convenience.
