CLASS Strategic Plan (2025-2030)

The College of Letters, Arts, and Social Sciences (CLASS) at Cal Poly Pomona is proud to share our 2025-2030 Strategic Plan that will guide our collective efforts over the next five years. Developed through extensive consultation with faculty, staff, students, and community stakeholders, our plan reflects our commitment to creating a vibrant academic community focused on student success and innovation.

CLASS will strategically allocate, advocate for, and generate resources. We will optimize the allocation of existing resources while generating new and diversified sources of revenue to support the college's academic programs, research initiatives, and community engagement.

The implementation of our strategic plan is a collective and sustained effort that will build on our strengths as the largest college at Cal Poly Pomona, with 12 departments, 18 majors, 24 student clubs, and a commitment to supporting our diverse community of learners, educators, and staff. Together, we will connect, elevate, and educate to create a brighter future for all.
