EH&S Purchase Approval Required Before Ordering Certain Items

Information

To ensure safety and regulatory compliance, EH&S pre-approval is required before purchasing specific chemicals, materials, and equipment listed in the EH&S Pre-Approval List (PDF). This includes purchases made through Purchase Order (PO), P-Card, and CPP Foundation/Enterprise Accounts.

Before placing an order:

Review the EH&S Pre-Approval List (PDF).
If your item is listed, submit a request using the EH&S Purchase Approval Request Form.

If approved, EH&S will issue a Purchase Pre-Approval Confirmation Sheet required by CPP Procurement.
