A Message From The SAVP

Welcome to Employee & Organizational Development & Advancement/Human Resources Operations (EODA/HR Ops). Our team is dedicated to enhancing the employee experience on campus by generating organizational excellence through our programs and services and developing emotionally intelligent leaders who contribute to a positive workplace culture.

We do this by practicing the four pillars of the EODA/HR Principal: Being Heart Centered and People-Oriented, Remaining Customer-Focused, and Providing Valued Contributions.
