PageUp
The California State University has chosen PageUp as the systemwide Talent Acquisition platform. This implementation of PageUp is a subpart of the larger CHRS project, the Common Human Resource System. PageUp is the new recruiting system that falls under this initiative and will make it easier for us to attract, hire, and onboard talented faculty and staff.
CHRS
The Common Human Resources System (CHRS) is a major initiative within the California State University (CSU) system that is designed to unify all 23 campuses under a single, integrated HR platform. CHRS enables streamlined HR processes and ensures consistent, efficient management of HR data and services across the CSU.
JDXpert
The JDXpert job description management system allows our campus to streamline and digitize the process of creating, updating, and reviewing job descriptions.
I-9 Tracker
This system allows internal HR employees to send an email to new hires instructing them to complete the I-9 and for reverifications of current employees.
Employee Services (ServiceNow) Portal
The Employee Services ServiceNow portal serves as a one-stop shop for internal EODA/HR Ops department forms and knowledge-based articles (also known as FAQs).
