Bio

Dr. Preiser-Houy's teaching interests are in the areas of systems analysis and design, database development and IT management. She has an M.B.A. with a concentration in strategic management, an M.S. in management information systems and a Ph.D. in management information systems from the Claremont Graduate University. She is a Certified Data Processing specialist. She is also the executive coordinator of the Russian American Business Management program, an international MBA program offered by Cal Poly Pomona in Vladivostok, Russia.
