Ms. Thai-Chen has been a lecturer at California State Polytechnic University Pomona, College of Business since Fall of 2000, and has taught many courses for Computer Information Systems (CIS) Department. Her passion is to share her subject matter expertise and industry knowledge with students and faculty members, coach and mentor the students to become successful in their professional careers. Her interest is to contribute to quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all.

Ms. Thai-Chen has over 25 years of experience in the High-Tech industry, Management Consulting, Financial Services and HealthCare. She has proven success in strategy and implementation of key initiatives involving people, process and technology for fortune 500 corporations, and held executive leadership positions at companies including Ernst & Young LLP, IBM Global Services, Bank of America, Kaiser Permanente and Anthem Inc. Her expertise consists of Business Transformation and Process Improvement, Operations Management, enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO), Audit & Regulatory Compliance, Information Technology Implementation, Digital Product Launch, Internet/Online Presence, and eCommerce solutions.

Her education includes an Executive MBA from Pepperdine University, and Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from University of Southern California.
